Acoustic Synthesis Strings have magnetic properties that are optimized for electromagnetic control of vibration and timbre. They are designed to look, feel and sound like a good set of standard acoustic guitar strings. The wound strings incorporate iron alloys and silver to achieve the special properties. Long lasting, their tone mellows very gradually with age.
